If you wish to give a member of your family or team access to your account for any reason, you can now do so. Additionally, you can give them full access or limited access, the choice is yours.
Adding a new user to your account is a quick and easy process.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on settings.
- Click on User Management.
- Click on the 'Add User' button.
- Enter the user's email address.
The drop-down to the right will display role options to choose from. Choose which role you want to assign to the user.
- Viewer: The View role will only allow a user to view the account; they cannot initiate a transaction or make any changes to the account. Additionally, they will still need to complete KYC before they can become a viewer to the account
- Initiator: The initiator role will allow the user to view the account and initiate transactions on the account. However, an approver would still need to approve all transactions and withdrawals before they are processed. They will be unable to make changes on the account and will also need to complete KYC before they can become an Initiator on the account.
- Approver: The approver role will have the ability to view accounts, make changes to the account and approve transactions. An approver will also need to complete KYC before they can become an approver on the account.
- Asset Manager: The Asset Manager role will allow the user to view the account, make account changes and initiate transactions without approval, except for withdrawals. An Asset Manager will of course, need to complete KYC before they can gain access to the account.
- Admin: The Admin role will have full access to the account. They will be granted the same permissions as the owner of the account and will still need to complete KYC before they can gain access to the account.
Review the role and email, then click confirm. Once you hit confirm, an email will be sent to the invitee. If they already have an account with Abra, they will not need to complete KYC. However, if they do not, they will need to complete the KYC process.
Once you've sent the invite to the user, you can cancel, or even if you have added the user to your account, you can remove them. Below are the instructions on how to do so.
