Liquidation
- We will liquidate some or all of user collateral in an event the user LTV increases and did not take action to top up collateral.
- This avoids risk of high LTV ratio which may result in a default on the loan.

Liquidation Scenarios
Loan scenarios including collateral call state can be found below:

Active loan LTV less than 65% | The loan has a healthy LTV |
LTV = 65% to less than 70% | We will send a warning to the user but no other action will be taken | |
LTV = 70% to less than 80% |
Collateral call state:

Liquidation state: Abra will immediately liquidate enough collateral to bring the LTV back to 70% and the collateral call will still be active to take it back to the original LTV |
