Depending on the Abra transaction, our minimum will apply.
US users:
Deposits:
Any funds sent to your Abra wallet after July 31st, 2023 is considered lost and we can no longer support deposits into a US account.
Withdraw:
US banks and the ability to exchange is no longer an option for US users.
Crypto: US users can still withdraw to any external wallet/exchange that supports the asset you wish to withdraw to.
International Users:
Deposits:
Crypto: Some cryptocurrency deposits will require a minimum in order for those funds to reflect in your wallet, the amount will be listed in the app when you view the deposit address. Follow the steps below to find the minimums:
- Open the Abra app
- From the Trade screen Tap: 'Add money'
- Tap: 'Deposit cryptocurrency'
- Select the asset you wish to deposit
- Agree to the address notification
- You will then see the QR code or you can copy your wallets address
- Right below will tell you how many blockchain confirmations and the minimum deposit needed for the asset to reach your wallet.
Withdraw:
Crypto: Cryptocurrency withdrawals will require a network fee in order to withdraw, the amount will be listed in app. A network fee is not an Abra fee it is purely a fee from the network to process the transaction and is passed to the user to complete the transaction.
Exchange:
You can only exchange the equivalent of $5.00 USD in Fiat. We've implemented this minimum transaction amount as a result of rising mining fees, which have become proportionately expensive for small transactions. Some cryptocurrencies will have a minimum, if you do not meet the minimum you will see a red error message on your screen with the suggested amount needed.
We reserve the right to change or remove the minimum amount in the future as needed.
