Beginning the onboarding process is easy and starts by going here: https://prime.abra.com/
The entire onboarding process is split into 3 easy steps.
If you need to come back to any of the steps within the Onboarding process, open the original onboarding email, click the onboarding portal link and enter your email address, this will take you right back to where you left off in the process.

The last step is setting up your password and 2FA, which is covered in this FAQ.
Once you have read and signed your contract, you will see the option to set up your password. Re-enter your email (the original email you used to start the process), enter the password of your choice that meets the criteria and tap the 'Continue' button.
Next, you will see the page to enable 2FA. 2FA stands for multiple-factor authentication, which is an extra layer of security. You can use any authenticator app of your choice and you can download it to any smart device you would like.
Some customers choose not to keep it on their main smartphone as an extra layer of protection so it will be kept on a tablet or a smartphone they no longer use.
Please keep in mind you will need your 2FA code every time you wish to log in to your account.
Once you have downloaded the app, and scanned the code you can then enter the code and click the 'Confirm' button.

The activation screen will appear and you can now click the 'Done' button.
