Why is the QR code reader not working?

For iOS:

If you denied access to your phone's camera upon first use, you will need to manually grant access to it.

• Go to your general mobile device configuration settings
• Locate the Abra app
• Allow Abra to get access to the camera.

For Android:

The operational system will ask you via a pop-up message to enable camera if it needs to be used.
