I lost my recovery phrase. How do I recover my wallet?

In order to recover your wallet, you should have your recovery/backup phrase with you and ready to use.

Our company never has access to your associated recovery phrase.  Thus if you lose your recovery phrase, you are at risk of losing all funds in the corresponding Abra wallet.

Users are strongly advised to write down their recovery phrase, and store it in a secured location, to avoid losing access to their funds.
