Altcoins
US USERS: Altcoins (DGB, XRP, NEO, etc) Anytime a withdrawal is done for an altcoin you will be charged a network fee (The network fee will vary depending on that altcoin's network) plus a Bittrex withdrawal fee. Bittrex charges a withdrawal fee. Due to this, the Bittrex fee is passed to you the user.
INTERNATIONAL USERS: Altcoins (DGB, XRP, NEO, etc) Anytime a withdrawal is done for an altcoin you will be charged a bitcoin network fee plus a Bittrex withdrawal fee. As we do not natively support our altcoins for international users at this time, they are still synthetic within the Abra app. When a withdraw is initiated for an altcoin the underlying currency is still bitcoin, thus you will be charged the bitcoin network fee. In the background, Abra is using Bittrex to exchange BTC for the altcoin you are withdrawing. Bittrex charges a withdrawal fee. Due to this, the Bittrex fee is passed to you the user.
There will be no transaction fees for exchanging between currencies, although Abra will make money on the exchange spread.

Hello,
what is the fee in case i add/withdraw money using bank account ?
Thanks for answer.
Hi Jota:
Abra does not charge a fee to add or withdraw funds using your bank account. Many banks do, however, charge their own fees for incoming or outgoing transfers. Please check with your bank to see if this will apply to your bank account.
I've updated the article above to make this clearer. Thank you.
Liz
