To add your US bank account on the Abra app, you will be required to log into your bank's online platform via the Abra app. To do so, we pass on your online credentials to our bank integration partner, which attempts to log into your bank real-time.
In select cases, there may be errors while attempting to log into your bank account. This may be due to temporary issues -- for instance, your bank platform may be down, the integration between the bank and our integration partner may be down. If you experience such an error, we recommend that you try again in a few hours. If that still doesn't work, please do reach out to us at [email protected], detailing the issue you're experiencing (bank, last screen you can get through in the Abra app while adding your bank account, error messages).
